GREEN BAY, WISCONSIN
Thank you Delphian for everything you have done for me. You’re like your own little universe. The school is the planet, your staff consists of many bright lights, and even a few shooting stars, and the hill is our galaxy. Each person that has come through here has had some sort of spark within them. I saw students enduring and overcoming multiple obstacles these past four years and we couldn’t have done it without that spark. Delphian, you ignite something within all of us and that’s what makes you so special. Knowledge, leadership, ethics, integrity, hard work, and responsibility—these are all gifts that you have given us.
It will be extremely difficult for me to leave you. I never thought I could ever call a place my true second home, but I found it here. I’ve been thinking about what Dorothy said as she was clicking her heels in the Wizard of Oz. “There’s no place like home, there’s no place like home.” This is so applicable to you. There’s no place like Delphian, there’s no place like Delphian, there’s no place like Delphian.
